This committee researches issues concerning historic districts, housing issues, new construction, renovations, zoning change requests, permits, building codes, and short- and long-term plans that affect the neighborhood and serves on the city-appointed Revitalization Zone pilot project committee.

The committee works to ensure that the association and its members are the first word on issues related to development, that neighbors' voices are heard as new developments take shape, and that existing housing stock and the diversity, history, and character of the neighborhood are preserved even as revitalization and sustainable growth occur.
